In the management of a clinic, we lay great emphasis on the know-how of professional management In the implementation of dental theories and practices, we come up with 'ANewOood-Quality Project of Dentistry'---that is, 'Emphasis on Professional Management and Establishment of a Holistic New Good-Quality Body'. We believe that the management of a dental clinic must be professional and that only under the guidance of the know-how of professional management can the manager of a dental clinic system atlcally implement all the operations related to medical, human resources management, marketing,materials, finances and research in dental techniques and make constant improvement in planning, organization, personnel management, guidance and control management and finally achieve the set goal of patients' satisfaction.

The second five-year (2000 ~2004) plan of this clinic is the 'E-net' Plan,with two 'E's--the electronization and the eight visions--as our aim, which form a closely-knit web of quality and service like an eight-diagrams web.

 

In this clinic, all the medical staff must be able to utilize their best-quality professional dental academics and techniques to provide patients with best-quality medical service

This is not only a slogan but actual action and implementation In a wide sense, this execution means actual implementation of total quality management.

 
 

Inside the clinic, all the medical staff must be affable in dealing with one another, talking in nice language, doing good and sowing the cause of good deeds Patients entrust us with their oral health and we are supposed to be sincere and affable in dealing with them and finally be able to attain the best treatment results As to our concern for the society, we hope to be able to contribute our effort the support of public charity by showing our concern for those in the conomically less good situation.

 
 
 

It starts in this clinic that all the medical staff talk in nice language, do good and are affable in getting along with one another Furthermore, it applies to family members.

By providing patients with good-quality service, we hope to enable them to receive treatment in a pleasant manner; they not only have the pain of their oral diseases relieved but also take back home the feeling of  being pleasant and affable This kind of good cycle, hopefully, will. like ripples, help to contribute to the development of good ambience in society.

I have planned to put into words the experience and the insight I have got from the development and management of this clinic and publish a series of books related to the know-how of the management of a clinic, emphasizing the satisfaction of patients ( C S ) and the management of relationship with patients ( CRM ) I hope that they will serve as reference for the managers of dental clinics and may contribute to the consensus of establishment of the good-quality environment of a dental clinic.
